Setting up a marketing or branding strategy no matter how simple or complex that may be is key to any good campaign. A strategy sets out a clear brief, budgets, suggestions, plan A & plan B, crisis management, advertising needs, etc etc.

It can be over 4 weeks, 4 months or 4 years, it just gives everyone a transparent time frame in which to carry out a project. Simply setting up a business and creating a logo is easy, however setting up a business, creating a logo, having a 6 month goal and how you are going to achieve that can make the difference between success & failure.
